Being an independent store, Health Trail is driven by quality and not corporate profits; therefore, we carry quality lines not found in mass market or discount chain stores. Unlike big box stores where money leaves the community, most of the money spent at Health Trail remains in the community. We also carry products directly from 30 local Virginia farms and companies.

Health Trail has been serving Hampton Roads since 1974 and the current owner has 32 years of experience selling organic foods. Our smoothie bar is always open to provide quality smoothies with medicinal properties. We offer 10 different smoothies flavors and can add/subtract ingredients upon request.
